- Laura began her career in commercial property investment before transitioning to Private Equity, initially at RBS, fundraising, investing and managing investments in a £1.1bn Special Opportunities Fund (now spun out as Pollen Street).
- At BGF, UK's most active equity investor, she led deal origination across London and the South-East and sat as Investor Director on the Board of investee companies.
- She has also spent time in TMT corporate finance (sell-side and retained advisor) as well as working as a consultant.
- She has served on seven Boards, where her experience has ranged from managing rapid growth situations as well as navigating complex, challenging situations.
